Message to Our Parish Community

With deep sorrow, our community joins together in prayer for all those affected by the recent explosion in our Oak Cliff neighborhood.

This tragic event has impacted many families within our community. We especially entrust to God those who lost their lives, those who were injured, those who have lost their homes, and all who are facing uncertainty and suffering during this difficult time.

As a family of faith, we are reminded of our Lord’s words: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). We trust that God will accompany every person affected and grant strength to all those involved in rescue, recovery, and relief efforts.

We invite all our parishioners to join us in prayer for the victims, their families, and our entire community. We also encourage those who are able to support relief efforts and assist the families who have suffered loss.

May Our Lady of Guadalupe intercede for all those affected, and may the love of Christ inspire us to remain united in solidarity, hope, and service.
